Customer support
Email hello@roamstar.net. Include the email address used for the order and your order reference or ICCID where available. Never send your full card number or card security code.
Order or installation problems
Tell us the device model, destination, current location and what happened. Screenshots of an error can help, but make sure QR codes and activation codes are hidden before sharing them.
Refund requests
Use the subject “Refund request” and include the information listed in our refunds and cancellations policy.
Privacy requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” if you want to exercise a data protection right or ask how your information is handled.
Security reports
Use the subject “Security report” and do not include sensitive customer information unless we ask for it through a secure method.

Roam Star travel eSIMs are normally data-only and are not a replacement for an emergency calling service.
